Large arts centre, complex floor plan
Visitors repeatedly ask the same orientation questions across a multi-hall venue. Three robots absorb the routine directing and explanation load.
Ten years helping European tourism businesses digitalise and automate — and a deep conviction that robotics belongs in the places people travel to. I know where this industry hurts.
I build the robot deployment that fits your budget, your operation and the results you need to show. Nothing off the shelf.
Hardware is only half the job. YANGBOT delivers the full service layer around it — from the first site walk to the monthly performance report — under one contract and one team you can call.
Will a robot actually survive our lobby at check-in?
We are not the hardware vendor — we are the integration layer. ORIONSTAR covers high-frequency service work at scale; Galbot G1 adds real two-handed physical service.

Pick your venue. Each scenario has its own colour code, a real deployment photo, and the exact robot mix we deploy — with each unit's job clearly split.
Hotels & ResortsFront-desk teams drown in repetitive multilingual questions and amenity runs. YANGBOT splits the work: robots take the routine, staff keep the hospitality.

Museums & HeritageEuropean cultural sites host dozens of nationalities daily with a limited pool of human guides. YANGBOT delivers consistent interpretation in every language, all day.

Airports & TransitTerminals are the highest-volume, highest-pressure touchpoints in tourism. YANGBOT absorbs repetitive wayfinding and keeps floors clean across the largest surfaces.

Attractions & F&BAttractions and F&B venues use the fleet both as a service engine and as the experience itself — interactive performance at peak hours, efficient operations around the clock.

Retail & Pop-upThis is where Galbot G1 is strongest. Built for high-frequency commercial retail, it picks items from shelving, hands them over, and keeps inventory counted — continuously.

Measured results from live ORIONSTAR and Galbot deployments. We replace these with your own European case studies as the first venues go live.

Visitors repeatedly ask the same orientation questions across a multi-hall venue. Three robots absorb the routine directing and explanation load.

A fleet of tray robots runs food from kitchen to table through peak service, keeping turnaround stable when the dining room is full.

Galbot G1 runs the full retail loop — retrieval, hand-over, inventory counting and restocking — in compact unmanned units.

G1 handles picking, packing and outbound handling end to end, running continuously for well over a year in live operations.
YANGBOT is a robot integration and operations company built for the European tourism industry. We don't manufacture robots — we take the most proven service robots on the market and make them work as one dependable fleet inside your venue.
Our hardware partners are ORIONSTAR, whose reception, delivery and cleaning robots have shipped more than 60,000 units worldwide, and Galbot, whose G1 humanoid brings real two-handed physical service to public spaces. On top of that hardware we provide everything the manufacturers don't: venue analysis, scenario design, multilingual content, deployment, training, compliance, maintenance and reporting.
You get one contract, one dashboard, one team to call.

The robots come from ORIONSTAR and Galbot. The part that makes them work in your venue is ours.
We write, translate and load your venue knowledge base — and keep it updated as seasons change.
ORIONSTAR and Galbot units managed together: tasks, battery, uptime and alerts in one place.
Mapping, route planning, crowd-flow analysis and emergency procedures before a unit arrives.
Interaction volumes, popular topics, dwell patterns and delivery counts — reported monthly.
EU-based servicing, spare units and guaranteed response times under SLA.
Data processing, signage, accessibility modes and local hosting handled for you.
European procurement starts with compliance, not features. YANGBOT handles the adaptation layer between the hardware and your legal obligations.
Data processing agreements, camera and microphone signage, retention rules and consent flows per venue.
CE-conformity support, risk assessment, emergency-stop procedures and staff training.
EU Accessibility Act alignment: audio modes, screen height, reduced-mobility paths.
EU-hosted management platform, with air-gapped on-premise deployment available.
If yours isn't here, ask us directly — we answer within one working day.
From signed agreement to a live fleet, typically 2 to 4 weeks. Once the site survey is done and content is approved, the physical go-live — mapping, interfaces, content load and staff training — is usually completed in 48 hours.
No. Robots run on your existing Wi-Fi and standard power. Ramps, thresholds and lift interfaces are assessed during the audit; where a lift or automatic door needs an interface module, it is a small add-on, not a construction project.
All major EU languages — 24 or more, depending on the venue package. Robots detect the visitor's language automatically and switch instantly. We also write and maintain the content in each language as part of the service.
We deliver a data processing agreement, camera and microphone signage for your venue, defined retention periods and consent flows. Processing can be kept on-device or on-premise, and the management platform is hosted in the EU. Facial recognition for identification is off by default.
RaaS (Robots-as-a-Service) is a monthly fee covering hardware, software, maintenance, spare units and updates — it keeps capex at zero and is the usual choice for a first deployment. Purchase becomes cheaper over multi-year, large-fleet rollouts. We model both against your scenario before you decide.
Every contract includes remote monitoring, an EU-based service team, a spare-unit pool and a contractual response time. A failed unit is swapped rather than waited on — your operation does not stop.
No — and we design for that explicitly. Robots take the repetitive load: repeated questions, amenity runs, night cleaning. Your team moves to the high-value moments: complex requests, upselling, complaint handling, VIP service. Headcount typically stays flat while service coverage rises.
Yes. LuckiBot Pro Autodoor opens doors and calls lifts autonomously, which is what makes true door-to-door room delivery possible. Other models use lift-interface modules where the building supports them.
You can start with a single unit — many venues pilot one reception robot before scaling. That said, scenarios are designed as a mix; we tell you honestly when one robot will not move the needle.
Yes. Exterior livery, a custom voice and wake word, branded screen content and scheduled performances can all be tailored — several venues use the robot as a character and photo moment in its own right.
Send us your property type, floor area and visitor volume. You'll get a scenario-specific robot mix, a deployment plan and a costed RaaS proposal.
